In this article we’re going to explore the power in your words.

The power to uplift or destroy

Words are essentially vibrations which can be interpreted by the brain. Just like music (the notes, the lyrics, the instruments) you feel something inside of you that either connects or disconnects. It’s energy.

Every word that we speak and every sentence that’s structured from those words have so much strength in them. With verbal communication; of course there are different tones and attitudes, but essentially the words being used and spoken are the main things heard.

They have the power to uplift or destroy, construct or destruct, encourage or discourage, help or harm.

The words spoken are up to you. Your choice in how you use words are entirely up to you. Yes; people can make someone say something in duress or as a script but typically in everyday life it’s your choice.

Every parent would usually say ‘I remember my child’s first words’ (Usually it’ll be Dada, Mama or no! But hey…) but why…
